I have reviewed the diagram and understand space size requirements:
All sites will have minimum 30 amps and water hookup within 50 feet.
Check in on Thursday begins at 5:00PM and ends at 9:00PM
10 pounds of wings provided. Turn in at 5:45PM Friday. Wings may be prepared using any heat source, rub, sauce, etc. Public sales begin at 6:00PM and end until sold out or 8:00PM. Awards will occur Friday at approximately 8:30PM
8-10 pound pork butt will be provided. Turn in between 10:00AM and 11:00AM Saturday.
Turn in will be Saturday at 2:30PM.
Turn-in will be Saturday at 3:00PM (after Turkey Smoke Ancillary). ANYTHING GOES (open garnish, display, fuel source, etc.) as long as it is an appetizer! The mayor will be the only judge of this entry. I am looking for no more than 18 teams for this contest.
