10 pounds of wings provided. Turn in at 5:45PM Friday. Wings may be prepared using any heat source, rub, sauce, etc. Public sales begin at 6:00PM and end until sold out or 8:00PM. Awards will occur during SCA Award ceremony Friday at approximately 8:30PM
